Victor Andrade, CEO
Victor has been in the residential construction business for over 20 years. He always had an interest in construction from a young age, being that his father worked for a construction company. During school, Victor worked weekends and summers with his uncles and father in the residential concrete construction business. In 2003, Victor took over the company from his father. Later in 2009, Victor built his own custom home and began building for friends, family, and customers soon thereafter. Building custom homes quickly became a passion for Victor and he decided to incorporate Andrade Custom Builders. To this day, Victor works directly with the clients from the initial meeting and he ensures each customer’s home is built to last with the best quality and craftmanship.
Vibol Ros, Project Manager
Ros has been building custom homes throughout Houston for over 20 years. He began working for Andrade Custom Builders in 2015 as Project Manager. Ros is responsible for coordinating and managing the overall budget for the clients and oversee the project from concept to completing. As project manager, Ros coordinates and schedules all the onsite contractors and ensures the integrity of jobsite safety and the quality and workmanship on each project.
Mayra Urrutia, Office Manager
Mayra came to Andrade Custom Builders after working with other Andrade companies to help organize the accounting processes. Mayra is responsible for ensuring that all accounting and financial processes are maintained on a day-to-day basis. She also works hand and hand with the project manager on the overall budget of the project. Mayra is dedicated to ensuring each client understands the financial side of the building experience.
Leslie Keen, General Manager
Leslie has been a part of the construction industry for over 30 years. She coordinates with Mayra on all financial and job costing operations, manages contractual agreements, coordinates with Ros to oversee projects, budgets, and scheduling to ensure these meet the expectation of the client.
Aryn Guillory,
Lead Designer/Owner, Oyster Creek Studios
Aryn is the owner and lead designer of Houston design firm, Oyster Creek Studios. She and her design team work on large scale design projects all of over the state of Texas. In 2016, Aryn and her husband hired Andrade Custom Builders to build their first (and counting!) custom home on Oyster Creek. This experience and journey began a great working relationship between Oyster Creek Studios and Andrade Custom Builders. Aryn and her team work alongside Andrade ensuring the overall design of the home is cohesive and represents the clients’ vision. Oyster Creek Studios assists with all the interior and exterior design selections. The expertise and partnership between Oyster Creek Studios and Andrade Custom Builders makes the entire building process seamless for the client.
